Legal
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, and what your rights are. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who we are
Ishoro is an interior design studio based at Radvilėnų pl. 17, Kaunas, Lithuania. For anything related to your personal data, contact us at [email protected].
What we collect, and why
The only personal data this website collects is what you choose to send us through the enquiry form or by email: your name, email address, phone number, company name if you provide one, and the details you share about your project. We use this information for one purpose — to respond to your enquiry and discuss your project. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to mailing lists.
Legal basis
We process enquiry data on the basis of your consent (given when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can refer back to our correspondence, then deleted. If your enquiry becomes a project, project-related information is kept for the duration of our work together and as required by law.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to us by our form-processing provider and arrive in our studio mailbox. This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Both providers act as data processors and do not use your details for their own purposes.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or marketing cookies and does not run tracking analytics. That is why you don't see a cookie banner. If we ever introduce analytics, we will use a privacy-friendly, cookie-free service or update this policy and ask for consent first.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us at any time to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you may withdraw your consent. Email [email protected] and we will respond promptly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
