About Ishoro

A small studio, involved in everything

Ishoro was founded in Kaunas by interior designers Greta Petrikaitė and Matas Miliauskas, with one conviction: good design is timeless — it never goes out of fashion, because it was never in fashion to begin with.

We stay deliberately small. Both founders work on every project personally — there is no hand-off to a junior team once the contract is signed. That is how details survive: the shadow gap that lines up, the material that feels right in the hand, the storage that makes a small apartment feel effortless.

The people you'll work with

Greta Petrikaitė

Co-founder, Interior Designer

Ten years in interior design. Greta is the studio's organising force — client communication, project management and the technical documentation that turns a concept into drawings contractors can build from without guesswork. If a project runs calmly from first call to handover, that's her doing.

Matas Miliauskas

Co-founder, Interior Designer

Ten years in interior design. Matas leads the creative side of every project — curating design ideas, shaping the visual concept and building the 3D visualisations that let clients walk through their future space before a single wall moves. He also looks after the studio's marketing and public face.

What We Believe

Three principles behind every project

  • Function first, always

An interior that photographs well but lives badly is a failed interior. We design from routines outward — beauty follows use.

  • Materials with depth

We choose materials that age with dignity and reward touch — because a home is experienced with hands, not just eyes.

  • Precision to the last drawing

Full technical documentation and site supervision protect the design where most projects lose it: in construction.
